PAYROLL OFFICER

IMMEDIATE APPOINTMENT

Our production capacity can handle 28 million pieces per year and still with huge expansion potentials.

 

To build and bring our HR organization to a strategic corporate role, we are inviting highly motivated and passionate professional to fill the following position:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares monthly payroll calculation including gross reconciliation, payroll distribution, journal entry and payroll slip distribution

  • Prepares monthly process of employee taxes (Pph 21), reconciliation between payroll list vs general ledger for all account which connected with tax articles

  • Administers budgeting process, leave administration and all benefit programs in coordination with finance and related third party and provide response to employees at immediate time

  • Maintain relationships with third party vendors such as Jamsostek officers, Insurance company, and others

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in payroll function

  • Highly competent and field tested in all aspect of payroll aspects including Pph21 taxation, labor law and manpower regulations, Jamsostek administration and accounting principles

  • Familiar with IT based payroll system (experienced in SAP would be an advantage)

  • Has the ability to deal with tight schedules and work under pressure conditions

  • High degree of integrity, punctuality and reliability.

  • High degree of interpersonal and communication skill is necessary to interact effectively with internal customers and third party vendors.

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable school with relevant field or discipline

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) comparable with TOEFL score above 500

  • Enjoy working in an environment with diverse cultural background

  • At a career stage where stability is desired
