Change Manager - BANK COMMONWEALTH, PT

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Banking and Economy from reputable university
  • Having 4-5 years experience in Support a project team in understanding and managing the impact of the implementation of a project or program
  • Having good understanding in assessing the change project
  • Having experience in manage or provide support to define, implement and analyse the Change Readiness Assessments and the Communications Plan (dependent on project size)
  • Having experience in Manage or provide support to define and deliver programme Change Management strategy and plan
  • Having experience in Manage or provide support to develop the Benefits Realisation Plan and Business Handover Plan
  • Having experience in Develop learning materials and Facilitate and deliver training to stakeholders, including senior management and frontline staff
  • Able to work safely and  Sound business analysis skills
  • Able to work effectively as an individual and also in a team environment
  • Able to work well under tight deadline
  • Excellent  communication and interpersonal skill
  • PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
