A multinational garment trading company located in Bogor, needs a qualified professional for the following position:
Requirements :
- Female, age 30 – 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written is a must
- Computer (MS Office) and Internet Literat
- Familiar with office administration, data management & financial reports
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, highly motivated, honest and agile
- Able to handle stress & to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
Specific Duties:
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of their manager;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring all is well-prepared for meetings;
- Liaison with clients, suppliers and other staff;
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.;
- Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with
- the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
