We are currently working with one of the leading bank in Indonesia. For its consumer banking division and as part of its Liabilities Unit, we are seeking for the best talents for the position of Head of Customer Activation and Retention. We are looking for visionary potential candidates with innovative ideas to build innovative programs to reactivate and to retain the customers for our client. Creativity and ability to read the market trend are imperative.
You will have solid people management experience as well as highly commercial and analytical skills. You will have strong background of success in delivering B2C retention, CRM and Direct Marketing through different channels. You will be strategic, ambitious and results driven and be looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity within a highly sought after employer.
Job Descriptions:
- Liaise with other internal stakeholders to implement the best customer reactivation and retention strategies
- Identify the unsought market opportunity and turn into innovate initiatives and programs
- Planning and coordinate with any related stakeholders to activate the programs
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the programs.
- Coordinate with outside companies or agencies to ensure the retention programs are properly executed and effective.
Job Requirements
- Holds at least bachelor degree in marketing or business management, or any other related fields
- Having at least 5 years of experiences in marketing, particular experience in customer retention program is preferred
- Ability to see the data from market research and analysis, and translate it into a strong strategy, initiatives or program.
- Ability to define market opportunity and strong knowledge of market trend
- Sound knowledge and experience in budgeting and media planning
- Experience in handling banking industry is preferred
- Strong leadership and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A high level of drive, energy and personal commitment to success
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, Ability to package and present ideas in a persuasive manner
