Key Responsibility:

• To build the Back Office Division to have an organizational capability for process improvement by delivering transformational process performance creating mindsets, behavior, competencies and tools that enable  delivery of lasting  outcomes to customers and shareholders. To achieve service, revenue and cost target in alignment with the company strategy. The services must be achieved by managing people, process, technology and culture in an effective, innovative and cost efficient manner with full adherence to all applicable policies and regulations whilst giving consideration to all risk factors including compliance to regulatory body in Indonesia.

We are looking for individuals with following qualities:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Economic, Finance,Math/Statistics, or Information Technology from top university in Indonesia/abroad
• Minimum ten years of banking or securities operation experience, with multiple operations stream.
• Have experience handling project and developing policy procedure in Operations/Back Office
• Have experience in handling risk, control awareness, and compliance requirement Strong analytical and technical skills
• Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
• Effective and good communication skills, self-starter and team spirited
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (Knowledge of Japanese is a ++)
