LEGAL MANAGER ( CORPORATE )

Responsibilities:

• to ensure that the organization complies with its governing document, company law with all relevant legislation or regulations
• ensuring that all legal issues for corporate action are covered and fulfilled
• providing legal opinion, review and drafting

Requirements:

• holding bachelor degree from reputable university
• min. 4-5 experiences of working BUSINESS development field is required for this position
• extensive knowledge of indonesia & internatioanal law
• sounds understanding of corporate laws, commercial laws, and contract lawsers
• result-oriented, able to work independently, self-motivated, organized and ability to manage datelines

• Income between Idr 20,000,000 – Idr 30,000,000 depending on qualifications
