Secretary and Receptionist

RECEPTIONIST:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage contact/connection between caller and person called include routing long distance call.
  • Manage telephonic information inquiries and record messages.
  • Provide report on the use of outgoing telephone.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements :

  • Female and preferably single.
  • Age between 22 – 27 years.
  • Minimum of three years' working experience in related field, prior working experience in a law firm is preferable.
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written) in English.
  • Able to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Willing to work long hours when necessary.
  • Ability to proof read written material with a high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision.
  • Good computer skills and aptitude for learning various programs specific to a law firm.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
  • At least D-III degree of office administration or public relation;
  • Minimum two years experience performing receptionist function preferably in law firm.
  • Basic knowledge in administrative duties;
  • Skill in simple computer, i.e. MS Office;

SECRETARY

Description :

  • Perform secretarial and general office work to assist the lawyers with administrative duties.
  • The secretary's specific duties will vary considerably depending on departmental and individual needs.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Female and preferably single.
  • Age between 22 – 27 years.
  • Secretarial Diploma from a reputable secretarial college (preferably from Tarakanita).
  • Minimum of 3 years' working experience in related field, prior working experience in a law firm is preferable.
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written) in English.
  • Able to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Willing to work long hours when necessary.
  • Ability to proof read written material with a high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision.
