• Male, S1 Psychology, max age 35 years old
• Min 3 years experienced in recruitment and placement
• Mastering Competency Based Interview Technique
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of HRD information
• Strong Negotiation skill in Recruiting Process
• Mature, proactive, independent, has excellence interpersonal / communication skills and wide network
• Can use the computer ( and Internet Ms Office )
• Fluent in English both oral and written
