Secretary for Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Branch Manager on daily schedule and working activities
  • Providing efficient and effective secretarial and administrative services and support
  • Handling all types of correspondences via letters, faxes, email including drafting and dictation
  • Preparing reports and presentations needed
  • Organizing events/activities, liaise with internal and external parties
  • Managing a systematic office filing system and administration

Qualifications:

  • Female Age : min. 25 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Reporting, Administration, Scheduling.
  • Preferred skill(s): Liaising, Presentation, Logistic.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent. Job role in Secretary/Personal Assistant or Management.
  • Fluent in English is a must and Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to start work immediately / not in working condition
  • Full-Time positions available.
