Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Banking and Economy from reputable university
- Having experience 5- 7 years experience in leading a team of Business Analyst
- Having experience to to prepare and plan for User Acceptance Tests, including UAT scripts, and test execution plan
- Having experience to Lead and facilitate workshops with business representatives to elicit business requirements
- Having experience in handling projects
- Able to work effectively as an individual and also in a team environment
- Able to work well under tight deadline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
- Proficient in written and spoken English
