Job Description

• Develop robust and achievable work plans, including management of scope and project risk
• Track and manage project activities and deliverable towards agreed outcomes, and identify and develop mitigation strategies to manage project interdependencies.
• Track and manage expenditure against budget
• Provide timely and accurate progress reports and project documentation to management and governance groups.
• Develop and deliver effective communication materials for various audience group.
• Effectively manage relationships with vendors and third party suppliers.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to others in the development of deliverables.
• Structure project teams to incorporate required skills, from Bank team members and delivery partners
• Identify and prioritize work demands for the project team, assessing and providing feedback on the quality of suggestions
• Encourage innovation and improvement within the team, assessing and providing feedback on the quality of suggestions
• Evaluate effectiveness of project management  tools, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Work within a team environment and provide assistance in the management and leadership of your team

Job Requirements

Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years experience working in project delivery
• Formal project management training and/or qualifications essential
• Recognized project management certification essential
• Must have managed team sizes in excess 50 staff

Knowledge and skill:

• Leadership, people and communication skills
• project Management skills
• Sound Financial Control and reporting skills
• Knowledge and experience in using a Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC)
