Red Planet Hotels Limited (RPHL) is a regional hotel investment company focused on Asia's emerging markets. RPHL is developing a portfolio of budget hotels in the following key countries:

1. Thailand
2. Philippines
3. Indonesia
4. China
5. Bangladesh

The company is an asset owning company that operates its own hotels under a franchise agreement from TuneHotels.com

RPHL acquires Greenfield sites and existing buildings, and develops these into branded budget hotel properties, using internal project and development management resources.

Monthly Salary: Subject to Experience

Job Description :-

• Manage all business planning, budgeting and forecasting processes from planning to approval and facilitate interactions with the Business Divisions to get accurate and timely financial information.
• Manage to ensure on time management report used for cash management and hotel operation monitoring
• Be able to ensure data and system integration for management report
• Be able to develop financial model/forecast/ pro-forma financial statement to ensure debt covenants
• Be able to perform treasury function which include forecast of cash, cash management and be able to coordinate with banks in different counties
• Provide financial support to the business initiatives and programs
• Accurately forecast cash and profit including be able to recommend business model of revenue flow and expense charge between related parties
• To internally and benchmarking externally versus competitors our financial performance (inc. overhead cost/transaction, sales & marketing cost, growth rates, etc) and developing a framework for measuring value-added in business
• Review valuation, M&A and industry trends, analyzing impact on the business and financial environment, and providing regular updates/proposals to the senior management
• Responsible for establishing financial control.
• Responsible for development the effective company policies and procedures
• Work alongside Investments and Accounting teams in analyzing potential opportunities
• Monitor banking, treasury and fiscal arrangements are appropriate for the scale of the business (e.g. overseas accounts, treasury deposits, FX hedging) and implement improvements as required

Qualifications:-

• Excellent Excel Modeling skill and ability to develop, understand, and modify various financial models. Be able to use VBA modeling is a plus.
• Strong financial analytical skills including financial statement analysis, valuation, etc. 
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis
• Master of Finance or MBA
• Excellent problem solving abilities and a strong desire to take personal responsibility within an international organization that values performance
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude, willingness to execute new ideas
• Proficient in English with good writing and presentation skills. Must have a strong attention to detail
• Advanced finance degree considered an advantage
