Supor, the market leader in Cookware and SDA industry in China, entered SEA market in 2002. A cookware factory was established in Vietnam in early 2008 to support the business growth in the region. In mid 2008, Supor established a strategic cooperation with France's Groupe SEB, the worldwide market leader in cookware and SDA, which further presented new production and distribution opportunities for Supor.

Supor Overseas Business Unit, was established to develop these opportunities in the SEA markets and as part of this new initiative, we are now looking for a suitable candidate to help expand and develop our Overseas Business Unit team.

Responsibilities :

工作职责：

• 负责经销商定单对接服务、BV商检安排、中国／越南基地发货跟踪 Handle the documents of orders, arrange BV inspections, and track the shipment from Chinese / Vietnamese base;
• 、负责整理提报经销商库存周报、动销周报、导购员销售周报和促销活动周报 Collect agent inventory weekly report, agent weekly sales report, SPG weekly sales report and promotion sales report.
• 、负责市场投入登记管理，固定资产登记管理、档案管理及员工考勤 Register marketing investments, fixed assets; responsible for file management and staff attendance;
• 、印尼营销费用登记管理, 导购工资现金部分发放，日常办公费用支付登记 Manage Marketing expenses & office daily expenses, pay SGP cash wages.
• 、产品卖点整理，推广文案以及其他办公文件翻译工作 Collect selling points of products; translate promotion materials and other office paper
• 、负责公司税收，注册，保险，签证、产品认证等外联事项 Responsible for tax, registration, insurance, licensing, product certification issues、
• 上级主管交待的其它事宜。Other projects from superior

要求：
Requirement :

• 中文、英语听说读写流利 Must fluent spoken and written Mandarin and English
• 熟练使用Word, Excel, Power Point等工具，会中文输入法 Skilled use of Word, Excel & Power Point, Able to input Chinese.
• 有1年以上文秘工作经验
• More than 1 year experience in secretarial work 20-30岁，女性
• 20-30 years old, Female only.
