Responsibilities:

• Ensure all customer orders are accurately processed into order entry system and complete the order cycle from order creation, issuance of purchase orders to billing.
• Monitor, expedite, liaise with suppliers to ensure on time deliveries of customer orders.
• Prepares and ensures accuracy of commercial invoices, delivery orders and/or packing list prior to shipment to forwarders and customers.
• Liaising with suppliers & customers in the artwork qualification process, maintains artwork list and all other functional areas.
• Receives, reviews, monitors, files and/or assists in the review and filing of various shipping and courier forms/documentation, including freight invoices, AWB, VAT calculation and etc.
• Maintains and performs data entries and update current backlogs status.
• Provide general administrative support

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Business Administration
• Possess at least 1-2 years of working experience in order management /sales support/ in manufacturing environment.  Fresh graduates will be considered
• Ability to work under pressure and complete a high volume of workload within deadlines
• Familiar with import/export procedures, shipping and transportation documentations would be an added advantage.
• Possess excellent organizational, coordination and interpersonal skills with positive attitude
• Ability to exercise mature judgement and initiative
• Proficient in MS office applications. SAP knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English is essential. Mandarin speaking would be an added advantage.
