The candidate should be a team player and provide support to Training Manager to improve Field Force knowledge and skills through designing, delivering and evaluating training programs in cooperation with Sales Management.

 

Your qualifications:

• 2-3 years of work experience in similar job preferably in a multinational company, having experience in pharmaceutical company would be an advantage
• Competent in identifying and analyzing training needs, develop necessary program, delivering and evaluating training program for Field Force.
• Excellent analytical abilities, innovative ideas and a self-driven attitude
• Problem solving and Leadership skills
• Good communication skills, desire to challenge status quo & manage change
