Required qualifications/experience
Bachelor or Master in Technical/Chemical/Industry Engineering /Metallurgy with at least 3 years
experience
Industry Sales experience is essential
Strategy development and implementation experience
Sufficient Marketing exposure/experience

Responsibility
- Maximise business performance of the tonnage business portfolio, drive profitable growth through superior account management and contract leverage.
- Actively participate in tonnage business development activity for existing accounts and lead business development activity for re-contracting or extension of existing accounts.
- Ensures alignment and commitment to the customer strategy, action and engagement plans from all appropriate stakeholders.
- Proactively identify best practice and participate in the development and implementation of best practice.
Requirement
- 5-10 years experience in high level sales, developing, structuring and/or managing capital intensive commercial contracts and/or business management in a related industry.
- Excellence supply contract development and execution, legal familiarity as well as strong commercial aptitude with multi-million euro negotiations, experience in multi-cultural environment
- Ability to understand and articulate large scale industrial schemes as applicable to the portfolio, technical background useful especially chemical process engineering desirable.
- Superior contract management skills combined with exceptional customer relationship abilities
- Thorough knowledge of drivers of profit and loss within large tonnage schemes
- Sound knowledge of financial accounting and project evaluation principles
