We are a manufacturing Multinational Company based in Tangerang currently is seeking a talented and dynamic professional to fill up following position :
Qualifications :
- Male/Female, preferably below 45 years old
- Hold minimum University degree, preferably from Psychology / Law / Economics / Communication background
- Having minimum 5 years experiences in Human Resources Management and 2 years in Human Resources Managerial positions
- Experience in multi-national company (manufacturing environment is preferable) with strong HR systems is highly preferred
- Understand the local Indonesia talent market and local laws/regulations
- Sound knowledge of all HR aspects
- Good business acumen and a good business partner in the HR role
- People management skill and experiences
- Good English language skill
- Structured approach and organizing skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Result and team orientation
- Excellent skills in MS. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Work location : Tangerang, Banten
