HR Manager(DKI Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and/or administer various aspects of the organization's compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations and welfare programs, performance management.
  • The Generalist will operate in and be responsible for more than one of these areas and perform many of the same activities as professionals that specialize in these individual HR functions.

Requirements:

  • Female/Male Age : ≤ 28 years old
  • Bachelor degree from Psychology/HR Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent with min. GPA 3.00 (Master degree in Human Resource is an advantage)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same position.
  • Have a good knowledge of organization systems and processes
  • Knowledgeable of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and Career Path.
  • Having in-depth knowledge of Recruitment Process, Man Power Regulation, Organizational Development, Training activity, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefit, and Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Computer skill, proficient in English both oral and written
  • Able to work under pressure, mature, active, initiative, hardworking, and self-motivated.
  • Able to start work immediately or not in working condition
  • Will be located at one of our branches in Jakarta
