Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all recruitment activity, starting from job posting activity, selection and interview process, and psychological assessment reports.
- Manage and coordinate all training activity, starting from training needs assessment, design training curriculums, executing training program, and evaluate training effectiveness
- Manage and coordinate all performance management activity, starting from distributing performance appraisal form, analyze and report performance appraisal recapitulation
- Improve the effectiveness of HR Business Process by evaluate HR Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to continuously improve HR Performance
Requirements:
- Male/Female, age max. 26 years old
- Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management from reputable university with min GPA 3.00.
- Min. 1 year experience in the recruitment system and process, people development, developing and control for the human resources system and procedure, standard operating procedure (SOP)
- Highly independent, honest, excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills, confident, responsible, willing to learn, ability to work under tight schedules and team player
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English; Expert Level skill with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
