We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the following sections in providing after sales services to individual, corporate clients and banks: customer relation, policyowner service–financial, policyowner service-administration
• Manage quality, accuracy and turnaround time of transactions
• Ensure timely submission of monthly reports by section heads
• Timely submission of department reports
• Continuous enhancement of processes and procedures within department to improve efficiency, effectiveness, competitiveness and delights customers.
• Coordinate and liaise with other departments to synchronize processes, procedures, service standard and service quality.
• Plan and re-deploy manpower among sections whenever necessary to meet unexpected transaction volume surge.
• Manage inventory of forms and stationery to avoid disruption in services.
• Manage the adequacy of hardware within department in meeting work requirements
• Develop subordinates' skill and knowledge in processing, administration and system handling.
• Conduct briefing and training to field force upon request
• Manage imaging of policy servicing documents and uploading into Docuflo Sytem.
• Ensure compliance of data security and confidentiality policy within department.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6-8 years experience in similar position
• Preferably experience in insurance and banking industry
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Dynamic and highly motivated personality is preferred.
• Able to work independently and also work with an integrated multi-discipline team
