The selected candidate will be responsible to ensure supply of staff in number, competency and in timely manner as well as always strive for a better practice of recruitment & selection activities in our manufacturing plant in Pasuruan – East Java. Training and development plan will be provided to assist selected candidate to develop his/her competences to meet our requirement.
The Requirements:
- Graduate from S1 program of Psychology with GPA minimum of 3.00 of 4 scale
- 2 years experience in relevant field.
- Enjoy working with people and have a lot of energy
- Able to share his/her idea in English
