Job Responsibilities:

  • Talent Scouting & Recruitment; recruit high potential people to support and achieve company vision, mission, and progress timely;
  • Learning Development; design & implementing programs for high potential leaders within group;
  • Compentencies & Career Path; designing career paths within group to assist team members / leaders with owning and managing their own career;
  • Assisting in the selection and implementation of performance management for the organization
  • Administering the performance appraisal process for the organization to improve organizational performance


Job Requirement:

  • Must have a PASSION on People
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, or others relevant discipline;
  • 3 – 5 years experience in Recruitment, Training & People Development Area;
  • Experience in making TNA, training modules / competency development and talent managemen;
  • Experience in handling quick recruitment process with propered psychological test;
  • Having good knowledge in people hiring & development aspects;
  • Having good logic & strong analytical ability;
  • Having exceptional interpersonal, communication & presentation skill;
  • Confidence, energetic, proactive, & able to thrive in fast-paced;
  • Excellent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate;
