Manager Development Program

This is an intensive program where you will be required to learn on how to:

-          Recruit and train new candidate

-          Leadership, Training, and Coaching

-          Presentation and selling skills

-          Analyze financial and commodity market

 

After graduated from the program you are expected to have strong skill in recruitment, training, people management, fundamental & technical analysis, presentation and selling skill.

 

Requirements

-          Minimum Undergraduate Degree (Postgraduate or Overseas graduate will be advantageous),

-          Strong leadership skill

-          Excellent communication and presentation skills

-          Strong analytical and logical thinking

-          Computer literate & ability to work in computerized environment

-          Honest, highly motivated, hard worker, highly accuracy, disciplined

-          Proficient in English is a must
