We are currently working with a reputable securities company that is looking for a highly qualified candidate to fill a branch coordinator position (general manager), to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The winning candidate will be tasked with the oversight of all branches in Indonesia and responsible for ensuring all sales targets and company requirements are achieved if not bettered. This highly driven and motivated individual will also develop and implement business development and strategic plans to improve the functionality and profitability of existing, as well as new, branches.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in maintaining existing clients and acquiring new business, particularly in the Securities/Brokerage industry.
Job Requirements
- Hold WPPE license
- Bachelor's degree (min.) in related field
- 7 years' experience (min.) in the Securities/Brokerage industry, with a particular emphasis on branch and direct sales
- Fluent in English
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Experience in leading branch teams, particularly in boosting sales
- Building new branches
