Branch Manager (Banking) Job - MONROE CONSULTING GROUP

Jakarta, Indonesia

We are currently working with one of Indonesia's leading banks, which is currently seeking the best talent to fill Branch Manager positions throughout the Greater Jakarta region. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, the winning candidates will be an individuals of the highest quality with a strong track records in branch management and proven capabilities building branches into successful operations.

Other key responsibilities will include:

• Consolitidating and expanding on existing business as well as attacting and retaining new clients
• Maximising the performance of branch operations
• Boosting profitability
• Ensuring compliance with all prevailing Indonesian laws and regulations as well as strict company requirements
• Maximising efforts to build, train and mentor staff  across all facets of the day-to-day running of the branch
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field
• Five years' experience in banking, with at least three years as a Branch Manager with good record
• Strong experience in the SME sector is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of credit and risk analysis
• Knowledge of lending products, with experience selling those products
• Target oriented with ability to achieve targeted expectations
• A confident candidate with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to learn and career oriented
• Process orientation- Ability to manage information in structured and systematic manner.
• Willingness to be placed in any location in Greater Jakarta, West Java
• Fluent in English
