Client Relationship Officer (CRO) - JALATAMA ARTHA

Job description:

• Responsible for business development activities for client's product in various markets in South East Asia including Revenues, Market Share and ROI.
• Identify possible leads and develop and drive strategic marketing plans to penetrate into the various market
• Analyze market trends, customers trends and drive activity to boost
• Managing of external vendors such as Marketing and Digital Media agencies.
• Cooperate with internal business units to meet marketing or business target
• Lead and develop the team to achieve the business goals

Requirements:

• Male/Female, min 27 years old
• Min S1 from Local / Overseas University, Master degree is a plus
• Experience in the financial sector (banking / investment / insurance / MLM preferred)
• Experience min. 2 years preferably from the any industry
• Target-oriented and have an extensive network
• Preferred experience doing presentations
• Able attractive, independent, intelligent and able to communicate well
• Preferably with experience dealing with the banking / insurance / asset management / marketing
• Good in English and Mandarin will be more advance
• Good nature and being able to attend a negotiation process
• Has a good communication skills and good charm
• Experience in Marketing or Tele-Marketing will be more advance
• Have good self motivation, achievement motivation and strong personality
