HR Manager Job (Consumer Goods)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the world's leading consumer goods companies. Our respected client is seeking a human resource manager to Implement and manage the policies, procedures and structures related to the management and development of the Human Resources of the company, as defined by the HR Department and by the General Management of the local unit.

Key responsibilities:

  • Help oversee all matters pertaining to human relations within the company
  • Actively participate in management of all HR issues
  • Manage the recruitment, selection, integration and training process at all levels of the company
  • Implement and follow up HR group policies, performance appraisals, job descriptions and classification, international training and development
  • Coordinate social engagements within the company
  • Coordinate and organise local internal communications


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum four years professional experience as a Human Resources Manager
  • A thorough knowledge of recruitment and developing recruitment plans
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Experience in talent management
  • Expertise in personnel administration, labour laws and regulations
  • Expertise in employee relations and union negotiations
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits and classification systems
  • Knowledge of recruitment and training techniques
  • Capacity to listen, reflect and treat people's expectations and issues fairly
  • Basic knowledge of financial analysis of accounts, budget and reporting processes
