Requirements:
- Male with age <29.
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Psychology from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Min. 2 years experience in the same position.
- Having knowledge about the recruitment and selection, interviewing, mastering tools and interpretation of psychological tests, and personnel.
- Having knowledge of balanced scorecard, performance management, talent management, and organizational development.
- Understand about making systems and procedures.
- Can handle work pressure, work with minimal supervision, ability, and initiative.
- Able to speak English.
- Able to operate computer (Microsoft Office & Visio).
- Willing to be placed in Dawuan (Cikampek).
