JOB OPPORTUNITY
Job Descriptions:
- Take a lead responsibility for building, developing and continually improving HR practices.
- Maintain applicant files and records as required by Indonesian manpower law.
- Maintain positive colleague relations through effective communication.
- Provision of strategic HR leadership and hands-on delivery in the development and implementation of the necessary progressive HR Strategies and processes; including but not limited to:
- Conduct reference checks and background investigations for all applicants.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions for all positions.
- Develop and maintain performance measure for every staff.
- Renew the working agreement letter for staff.
- Coaching and mentoring the management team.
- Training and development schemes for all staff.
- Employee Relations.
- Conduct exit interviews with all terminated Colleagues.
- Compensation and benefit planning.
- Maintain accurate attendance records for all staffs and prepare disciplinary write-ups as necessary.
5. Building and develop a good relationship with government organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Male, minimum 35 years old.
- Bachelors Degree in Pshycology (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience at a HR supervisor level, preferably with mining company.
- Located in Palembang.
- Proven leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to speak and write in English.
- Willing to be placed in Palembang
