PT. Dian Graha Elektrika have cooperation with some multinational company in Telecommunication Industry, is looking for suitable candidates to join our team for position as :

Job Description :

The incumbent will be performing all HR spectrums starting from selection and hiring. By provide best practice on recruitment processes and methodologies, as well  to as to promote the effectiveness guidance in  order facing tight recruitment schedules. Apart of it he or she expect to be hands on  with  the implementation of  performance management appraisal  and organization development to foster the fast growing and align with enterprise expansion. A further remarkable qualification if the incumbent implementing best practice on total compensation program and rewarding performance, least of all performs an  expertise in  personnel  movement and management as to articulate the transformation management of pace changing environment. With a strong role on advising and guidance provide by incumbent will be role as change agent to
the business units.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master  degree in  Human  Resource, Psychology Law or others relevant background
  • At least 2 years experience  in  relevant function  will  be a highly added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply


General Requirement :

  • Fluent in English is a must, and fluent in Mandarin will be a highly added advantage.
  • Able to work in multicultural and fast changing environment.
  • Positive attitude, independent, self driven, self motivated and good coordination with others.
  • Willing to work and travel to all Indonesia regions
