- Formulate Corporate Development work plan, job distribution to ensure division goals are achieved
- Plan & control operational expense budget to ensure its efficiency
- Initiate and maintain relationship with business community, dealer, insurance company & vendor, to increase profit and business networking
- Monitor customer list, administration process, collateral control to ensure all procedure implemented as company rules
- Assist superior’s duties and responsibilities to achieve company goals
- Develop & review subordinate performance to enhance their expertise as well as to meet department objectives
Qualifications:
- Female/Male with age Minimum.26 years old.
- Minimum 3 years experience in managerial level
- Possess University Degree in Banking, Management, Finance, Accounting, Investment, business, marketing, Insurance, advantages will be given to overseas graduated
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, proactive, and hard working
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Has managerial skills and ability to work under pressure and independently
- Willing to travel overseas for training
- Have valid International passport
- Can start work immediately and not attach to any company contract now
