In Indonesia, LOTTE Mart Indonesia (www.lottemart.co.id) now is the operator of LOTTE Mart Wholesale and LOTTE Mart Retail. Currently, we are going to strenghten our team to support LOTTE Mart’s expansion in the near future and the following position is available to be filled by a promising candidate like you. Responsibilities:

The incumbent would be responsible to support employee fulfillment on Lotte’s expansion. He / she must deliver strategic thought into the recruitment process so it would fit into Lotte’s expansion time line. He / she must be flexible, adaptive, pro-active, and responsive to the Company’s needs. 

 

Requirements:

- Holds a bachelor degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resources Management

- Minimum 5 years experience as Recruitment Manager, preferably has strong exposure in Retail Industry

- Comprehend with Competency Based Human Resources Management

- Comprehend with the latest trends in HR, especially on Recruitment & Selection

 

- Willing to travel around Indonesia



- Detail and result oriented
