We are seeking for self-motivated team player for the following position in our Singapore office:

Responsibilities:

• To implement global strategies and promote products and services
• Define & implement the sector strategy and roadmap according to the organization strategy framework
• Responsible for achieving the budgeted sales and profit in the region
• Planning, developing, controlling, guiding and marketing of the range of products in the allocated industrial sectors
• Focusing on regional key accounts in the allocated sector
• Support assigned customers on all pricing, applications and technical matters etc
• Responsible for the development of all employees in the South East Asia and Pacific

Requirements:

• Qualified engineer with a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent training with at least 4-5 years of professional experience preferably in a MNC.
• Preference will be given to those with experience in Motorcycle industry and Japanese market
• Knowledge of field sales & operational procedures
• Ability to manage complex matters, conflict management, logical thinking, analytical, problem-solving skills
• Good spoken and written Japanese language is a must
