• Male/Female, max 36 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience as Executive Search.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Have a excellent leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active, initiative, negotiation capability & customer and services oriented, persuasive and able to manage emotional restrain.
• Capable in handling recruitment process, coaching, appraisal, assessment, able to conduct psychological test.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
