Requirement:

• Max age 35 years old
• Hold Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Psychology, Human Resources or other relevant discipline
• Min 2 years experiences in the same position  
• Have certification Train the Trainer from reputable institution will be advantage
• Have knowledge about People & Organization Development. Designing and developing training and development program based on both the organization's and the individual’s needs
• Able to design training modules, training evaluation and Training Need Analysis
• Good presentation skill, communication skill, self motivated and energetic
• Excellent in computer skill (MS Office, Power points, etc.)
• Have a great passion to help, inspire & motivate people
• Good in English both oral and written
• Can join immediately
• Willing to travel anywhere in the country
