PT Inspirasia Bali seeks an experienced, professional and friendly administrative assistant to support our staff and clients.

We are currently establishing our team so we can begin fully serving our clients. We expect to grow quickly over the next 1 – 3 years and as one of our first team members, you will play an important role. Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in administration and legal assistant work
  • Indonesian Nationality
  • Excellent Bahasa and English proficiency, verbal and writing.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Comfortable and highly capable with computers, the Internet, Microsoft programs, mobile phones and other IT.
  • Team player with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administration skills.
  • Initiative to handle and complete diverse tasks, and work independently when necessary.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and assume responsibilities flexibly.
  • Some experience with visa and work permits for foreigners.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a PT company.
  • Interest in professional charity/social work in Indonesia.
  • Curious, energetic, and open minded.
  • Experience with an international team.

Responsibilities:

PT Inspirasia Bali is an exciting and dynamic work environment where everyone on the team does "a little bit of everything."

  • Performing and coordinating an office’s administrative activities and storing, retrieving, and integrating information for dissemination to staff and clients.
  • Serve as information and communication managers for an office
  • Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Manage projects, conduct research
  • Disseminate information by using the telephone, mail services, Web sites, and e-mail
  • Handle leadership and VIP travel arrangements
  • Handle visas and work permits for our foreign employees and partners
