Corporate Planning Manager Job (Auto Finance)
We are currently working with a multinational automobile financing (auto finance) company that is seeking the very best candidate to fill the position of Corporate Planning Manager to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Reporting directly to the general manager of strategic planning, the winning candidate will make a significant contribution to enhancing the company's performance by maximizing branch functioning.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Review and update corporate policies, rules and regulations
- Involvement in company performance management
- Review and analyze monthly branch profit performance
- Coordinate all new branch opening projects, including administration
- Review key performance indicators for all branches
- Research and data management
- Involvement in company's business process re-engineering project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree (min.) in related field, though economics or management preferred
- Five years' experience (min.), with experience in similar role in any multinational financing company an advantage
- Experience in corporate or business planning
- Experience handling performance management systems
- Experience in defining key performance indicators for branches
- Understanding of general socio-economic concepts
- Deep understanding of balance scorecard
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work within and lead a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English
