Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the full spectrum of finance and accounting work, such as the preparation of full set of accounts, monthly management reports and other financial accounting reports; credit control, cash & treasury management, taxation, corporate matters and assisting Holdings Company in the preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible prepare and ensure accuracy, timeliness and quality of daily transactions and financial reports
• Ensuring accounting records and systems are maintained in accordance with the Group best practises, approved Accounting Standards and Statutory requirements.
• Monitoring cash flow, payments and receivables from local and foreign vendors and customers
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and local regulatory authorities and legal professionals in ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements in accounting, taxation and payroll matters
• Overseeing office administration and assisting Head Office on HR and IT related matters
• Maintaining fixed assets and capital expenditure schedules
• Analysing and preparing annual budget, periodical forecasts and other ad-hoc financial & accounting reports
• Undertake any other functions as assigned

 Requirements:  

• Possess at least Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/CIMA/ACCA
• Minimum 5 year(s) of relevant working experience, preferably 1-2 year at supervisory role
• Well versed in ERP application, Accounting software and MS Excel application
• A team player and leader, helpful and highly motivated
• Result-oriented, and always strive for excellent
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good command in both written and spoken of English
• Candidate must be willing to work at Jakarta, Indonesia
