We are currently working with a respected international bank that has made a recent acquisition in Indonesia and is looking for the finest-quality candidate to fill the position of Head of SME. The winning applicant will be expected to develop the overall marketing strategy for small- and medium-sized businesses.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Efficient management of the SME department
- Hit challenging sales and other stated targets
- Monitor key performance indicators as part of overall management function to ensure operations are running as required
- Work in close conjunction with product heads to ensure the needs of all customers are addressed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (min.) in related field
- 10 years experience (min.) in banking, particularly SME operations
- Exposure handling product development and new products/product bundles
- Experience managing people/teams with strong capabilities to establish higher level of relationships within large network of individuals
- Target oriented and resilient mentality
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
