We are a leading agency located in South Jakarta, looking for a HR Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree (S-1) in Psychology/HR Management
- Male/Female, age between 30-35 years old
- Has strong and effective leadership
- Minimum 8 years experience, with 4 years as manager for multinational companies (preferable in service industry)
- Strong communication and excellent change management skills (strong interpersonal and facilitations skills) and communicate to all level internally and externally
- Sound negotiation and problem solving skills
- Motivate, manage, train and develop people
- Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures and Process, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, including Recruitment & Hiring
- Excellent oral & written communication both in Bahasa and English
