Our respected client is a major player in the electrical industry in Indonesia. Headquartered in Jakarta, the company also has a major manufacturing facility in Surabaya, East Java. The company is seeking a human resources manager to oversee all aspects of the human resources department in Surabaya, including recruitment, industrial relations, compensation and benefits, and training.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (min.) from reputable university
- Five years' experience (min.) in human resources, preferably in senior management
- Must be willing to be based in Surabaya, East Java
- No older than 35 years of age is preferred
