An excellent opportunity for Manager – Community Relations has arisen to join our Toll Company team. Residentially based in Jakarta and reporting to the Manager – Operations Toll Roads, you will provide leadership and proactive management for all Toll Roads project community issues in relation to $ 1.3 Billion USD Toll Road project works in Central Java as well as Southern.

The scope of your role will include but not be limited to :
- Assist to build, develop and improve the community relations team to achieve TCI strategic direction and action plans that rise from the vision of being an industry leader in mining and diverse construction services
- Manage the project in the planning and implementation of community programmes.
- Control the relationship between company and community.
- Develop budget for Community Development on a project basis.
- Establish, in community relations, conflict resolution, with the project areas, that may arise from local communities to ensure community development efforts are fully productive and aligned
- Lead the community team, improve and facilitate effective team work by motivating, empowering and gaining commitment to achieve project goals.
· To be successful in this role you will need to have relevant tertiary degree in education especially in social science, at least 5 (five) years experiences in a similar role and relevant experience in managing people
