PT. Berkat Andijaya Elektrindo is a company that specializes in the distribution of electronic appliances. PT Berkat Andijaya Elektrindo has been appointed as the sole distributor for AUX Air Conditioner& Home Apppliances, AUCMA, ZEROWATT and BEST LIFE in Indonesia.

Duties

• Purchase materials at the best price according to the requested requirements.
• Execute the purchasing activity in order to achieve a sustainable profitability.
• Search and select reliable, long term suppliers in domestics and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Purchase of semi-finished, finished goods, raw materials, maintenance spare parts, production equipment, tools, office supplies etc.
• Negotiations with new and existing suppliers.
• Ensure that the ordered goods are delivered in accordance with the PO (contract specification and amount)
• Monitor delivery times.
• Provide regular reports on purchasing activities, like monthly saving report, forecast for purchases, spending report, value analysis.
• Conduct Survey Visit to the suppliers to monitor their working environment and quality standards.
• Handling and maintaining purchasing documentation files.
• Maintain and update vendor & material database.
• Coordination with PPIC for purchasing planning & material forecast.
• Prepare the raw material budget & purchase plan monthly & yearly.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP).
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
