We are an Industrial Companies and a distributor of iron and concrete building materials. Our company is growing rapidly and has business units spread across Jabodetabek and Lampung.

We wish to recruit dynamic, highly motivated and committed candidates for future leaders in our company.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment process to fulfill man power plan and ensure quality candidates through proper selection and placement process;
• Capable in handling recruitment process, coaching, appraisal, assessment, able to conduct psychological test;
• Actively source for talent/ suitable candidates, conduct interviews with potential candidates and presenting the shortlisted;
• Proactive coordination with various departments in delivering recruitment needs;
• Closely monitoring and following up on recruitment progress;
• Build up a candidate data bank to support a high quality results through HRIS.

Requirements:

• Female with Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Psychology, profession program will be preferred;
• Age around 23 – 30 years old with Min. One year of experience in similar capacity in a reputable company, on site mass recruitment experience and sound knowledge of psychological test (Fresh Graduates are welcome);
• Keen to learn and strong interest and higher passion in HR Recruitment an Development;
• Service oriented people, proven track on honesty and reliability with good interpersonal skills;
• Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner, multi tasking and independent;
• Proactive, hardworking person, target oriented, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced;
• Commitment to perform and deliver result is a must.
