Description
To play a significant role in developing the Bancassurance business with Danamon Bank and designated its areas. They must be able to train, develop and motivate the Area Branch Development Manager and Financial Specialist staff to produce the business volumes required
Qualification
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Min 5 years Experience gained in a Financial Services organization,such as Insurance Company, Bank or Bancassurance Division.
- Min 3 years experience in supervisory sales team/managing peoples
- Has strong Leadership skill
- Possess strong strategic & analytical thinking, with experience in creating & implementing business plan.
- Experienced in leading a team, preferably a team of supervisory levels.
- Specifically would have sales management experience or if not have held a people management position in a Training Department.
- Demonstrate strong self-confidence and motivational ability.
- Also able to demonstrate periods of employment working under own initiative to achieve results.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
