Regional Manager Communications (Jakarta)

Our client is one of top ten insurance company, with business span 13 markets, covering several countries all around Asia, and the leading Europe-based insurer in terms of market coverage, and have large number of employees and agents across the region. The asset management business is also one of Asia’s largest and most successful, with operations in ten markets.


  • Support Director of Communications in the development and excution of internal and external communication strategies and programmes for implementation across the region
  • Provide guidance, support and consultancy and different operations in the region on messaging, media relations, public relation strategies including issues management
  • Development of press releases, as well as providing counsel and assistance to key press releases issues by local operations
  • Maintain and update company’s Credentials
  • Organise messaging, media training and issues management workshops
  • Review corporate messages in marketing literature and sales support materials to ensure they are line with company’s communication strategy


  • Minimum 5 years experience in corporte communication, preferably in multinational company
  • Proven track record in media management with strong relations with financial media
  • Ability to multitask and produce high quality of work under tight deadlines
  • Able to adapt to new environment
  • Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills and proven ability to create communication collaterals such as speeches, articles, announcements, intranet stories, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling social media tools for PR campaigns
  • Able to liaise with third parties for producing events or PR campaigns
