Job Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from any major minimum GPA is 2.75
• Experience in learning and development minimum 3 years, preferable in foreign bank
• Good understanding in training need analysis
• Good computer literate (MS Office, preferable having experience in HRIS application)
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing
• Proactive, high need of achievement, good team work, well-organized and able to work in detail and underpressure
• Possess Risk Management Certification Level I is preferable
