Responsibilities:
- To consistently provide superior operations management to all business units by ensuring that all Trade are processed at the best possible solution as soon as the instructions were received
- The services must be achieved by managing people and processes in an effective, innovative and cost efficient manner with full adherence to all applicable policies and regulations whilst giving consideration to all risk factors
- The people will also required to be able to provide initiatives, such as to improve business process or new idea to increase company's profitability
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Banking, Economic or Finance from reputable University
- Minimum 5 years experience in banking operation, with minimum 3 years experience in Trade Services area and Minimum 2 years of managerial role in Trade Services area
- Having knowledge and good understanding in Trade Service processes and products
- Having knowledge and good understanding in export and import business, bank guarantees, regulations and also understanding in accounting principles
- Having knowledge about visual basic or excel macro programming will be an advantage
- Having leadership skill
- PC literate , Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
- Effective and good communication skills and able to work efficiently within a team environment
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
