  • Implement the organization's human resources strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops, and retains the employees to achieve its current and future business objectives.


  • Design & develop training & development programs based on both the organizations' and individual needs.
  • Design and implement company wide-processes to identify 'high potential' individuals and ensure their effective development to drive business performance and grow capability
  • Develop, organize, monitor and evaluate the project of management development program
  • Control career management and succession planning program
  • Set up the costs of planned programs and keeping with yearly budgets.
  • Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation and delivering training itself.


  • Min. Bachelor degree in Management / Human Resources/Psychology from reputable university.
  • At least 5-9 years experiences in training and development area
  • Able to work independently and also work with an integrated multi-discipline team
  • Young, dynamic and highly motivated personality is preferred.
  • Having an effective training skill and being able to combine professionalism and charisma in intelligently interacting with the team.
