TRAINING MANAGER
Job Purpose
To provided support by improving fiend force knowledge and skills through designing, delivering and evaluating and development programs, in cooperation with Sales Management.
Major Accountabilities
- Develop annual training program and schedule for Reps. And FLM and monitor its implementation.
- Bahasa Indonesia, and modifying the modules provided by Regional Office to adapt to local conditions.
- Ensure the quality of training by identifying training need, develop necessary program to tackle the need, deliver the training, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the training.
- In cooperation with Sales Management & Marketing being accountable for the National Training for Field Force.
- Conduct the training as facilitator.
- Controlling the agreed budget for training & developmental program.

- Knowledge and skills of Field Force (Reps, First Line Managers).
- Sales vs budget.
- Market Share.
- Market share growth.
- Quality of Field Force as perceived by Customers (doctors).
- Actual training vs training plan.
Education / Experience
Minimum Education : Bachelor in Education or Psychology or Management or Medical
Language : Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral & written)
Ideal Experience :
- At least 3 years experience in Sales Management of pharmaceutical industry (including 2 years experience in first line managerial position), or
- At least 2 years experience in similar position in other pharmaceutical company.
- Experience in Product Management oif pharmaceutical industry will be advantage.

Knowledge about Field Force daily job, any issue related to Field Force, and pharmaceutical industry.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding about the process of human learning (especially adult learning), learning methodology and implement those knowledge to achieve the training objectives.

Ability to identify the gap between ideal and actual competency, and create necessary program to address the need.
Computer Literacy
Expert in software program which related to develop training material and / or presentation, appropriate exposure to e-learning program.
